The Brief

What we were brought in to do.

Gulf Dunes run EINSC — one of the largest neurosurgical conferences in the GCC. Every year, the conference needs a professional digital presence, a working abstracts submission system, reliable hosting, and a team that can manage it all without constant external support. Stackborne was brought in as the tech partner to build that foundation and keep it running.

Designed and built the full conference website on WordPress — covering the programme, faculty, sponsors, venue, visa & travel, and registration. Copy written and structured to serve both international delegates and local attendees.
